Materials needed: 1 ball of main color and small amount of contrasting color worsted weight cotton, H hook |

Directions: Special Stitch: Reverse single crochet is worked just like regular single crochet except you put the hook in left to right instead of right to left. At the end of Row 6 you will join with a sl st and ch1 then going back into the stitch with your hook that you just worked you will work a sc in that stitch and continue working the reverse sc in each stitch around NOTE: If this stitch is too difficult or awkward for you you can just hdc on round 7 instead of working the reverse single crochet. ch 33 Round 1 - hdc in 2nd ch from hook and in each remaining ch, continuing around the back side of the ch working 1 hdc in each st on the back side of the ch. Round 2-5 - hdc in each st around using a stitch marker to mark the first st of each row. Fasten off at end of row 5 Round 6 - hdc in each st around with white, join with a sl st Round 7 - reverse single crochet ( follow special stitch instructions above) in each st around joining with a sl st Round 8 - ch 1 turn, hdc in same st as joining on round 7 and in each reverse sc across join with a sl st and fasten off white. Round 9 - attach purple with a sl st , ch 1 hdc in same st , , hdc in each st around join with a sl st in ch 1 sp, Round 10 - ch 1, hdc in next st and in each st around, join with a sl st in ch 1 Round 11- 18 - ch 2, hdc in next st and in each remaining st around join with a sl st to top of ch 2 Round 19 - ch 3, skip a st, sc in next st,* ch 3 skip a st, sc in next st * repeat from *to* around ending with ch 3 and sl st in bottom of beginning ch 3 Fasten off
Tie ch 120, sl st in 2nd ch from hook and in each remaining ch, Fasten off. Weave ch through round 19 and tie.
