Books are non- returnable.

Patterns are non-returnable. If you have lost  a pattern that you have purchased from Marlos Crochet corner send an email to mcairns@skyhighsoft.com and I will gladly resend it to you. 

There is a 30 day money back guarantee on all hooks and needles purchased (shipping and handling cost is non-refundable) If you are not satisfied with your hooks or needles just let us know and we will return money-- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!  At Marlos Crochet Corner we aim to please!!!
